- Process call in or fax orders by sending digitals and inspection report of our materials; outlining size and any informative information to you.
- This information will be sent to you by fax or email for your review and approval.
- You will need to confirm the transmission and order to one of our representatives via email.
- Once the confirmation is received, the office scheduling department will call to confirm day and whether it is an AM or PM delivery.
- Our fleet of delivery vehicles and trained handlers will dispatch under the strictest safety measures in accordance to office scheduling.
- Each vehicle is equipped with the latest GPS tracking system and upon request our partners can be alerted of their whereabouts.
- Upon delivery, the driver will ask you to please inspect, sign over the material and finally unload at your facility.
